1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lyssna ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
Lyssna grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; create defamatory, harassing, or abusive content; impersonate real individuals in a deceptive or harmful manner; generate content that violates applicable laws; attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service's infrastructure; or resell or sublicence access to the Service without authorisation.
4. Generated Content and Ownership
On free plans, outputs generated using Lyssna are for personal use only. On paid plans, you receive a commercial licence to use generated outputs in your projects, subject to the restrictions in Section 3. Lyssna retains no ownership over your generated outputs. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
5. Credits and Billing
Free accounts receive starter credits at registration. Additional credits are available through paid plans. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
The Lyssna name, logo, interface, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Lyssna and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service itself without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lyssna does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyssna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
